Shipping policy

At Crooked Number, many of our items are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment partners such as Printful and/or Printify. Some smaller items or specialty products may also be packed and shipped directly by us.
That means shipping times can vary a little depending on what you order.
Order Processing Time
Most made-to-order items take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping.
Some products may ship faster, while others may take longer during busy periods, holidays, or product-specific delays.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately.
Shipping Time Estimates
United States
After production, most U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, though timing may vary by carrier and destination.
International Orders
International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing. Delivery can take 1–4 weeks or longer, depending on the country and shipping method.
Free Shipping
If free shipping is offered, it applies only where clearly stated on the site or product listing.
If shipping charges appear at checkout, those are based on the products ordered, fulfillment location, and destination.

Only keep that paragraph if you are not doing sitewide free shipping.

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States on most items. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
Because some items may be fulfilled by different partners or from different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
That’s normal for print-on-demand orders.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive tracking information once your package ships.
Please allow a little time for tracking to update after shipment.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- carriers
- weather
- customs
- holidays
- incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
- other circumstances outside our control
We’ll always try to help if something seems off, but we can’t guarantee carrier performance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
International Duties / Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
