Refund and Returns Policy

At Crooked Number, most items are made to order. Because of that, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including ordering the wrong size, color, or style.

That said, if we or our fulfillment partner messed something up, we’ll do our best to make it right.


We’ll help if:

Your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • misprinted
  • defective
  • incorrect
  • or you receive something different from what you ordered

If that happens, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • and clear photos if applicable

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong size
  • changing your mind
  • color/style preference changes after ordering
  • normal variations in print placement, garment feel, or monitor color display

Because items are made to order, we’re usually unable to restock or resell returned items.


Sizing

Please check sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

We do our best to provide accurate sizing information, but fit can vary slightly depending on the garment brand, cut, and production batch.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 30 days and we’ll review the issue.

If approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • a replacement
  • a refund
  • or another reasonable resolution at our discretion

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, wrong design, or a product that does not match your order, contact us and we’ll work to correct it.


Lost or Delivery Issues

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked delivered but cannot be found:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Check with the carrier
  3. Contact us if you still need help

We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order is in transit, but we’ll help where we reasonably can.


Cancellations

Orders may enter production quickly, so cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible after purchase and we’ll see whether it can still be adjusted.
